Cancellation Policy
All appointments require a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule, no exceptions. To confirm your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation and the remaining balance is paid following your treatment in parlor. If you miss your appointment, cancel, or reschedule less than 24 hours in advance, your card will not be refunded the deposit fee. You will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details, parlor address, and a link to complete the Client Intake & Consent Form. Please complete this prior to your service.
